Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Helm and Harbor keeps your payment information secure. Helm and Harbor never receive your credit card information. All credit cards and payments are processed through PayPal or other 3rd party payment gateways.
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Our bracelets and lanyards are a great way to say ‘thank you’ to your team members or welcome new downline members. Bulk discounts start at 15 bracelets. Feel free to message me for more details. Bulk orders take anywhere from 2-4 weeks.
